Founder and Career and Leadership Development Coach Enrico Petersen is a career and leadership coach with 18 years in banking and financial services leading branch teams and private banking sales teams at First National Bank South Africa before making his own deliberate career pivot into coaching.
That background is what makes Refined For Purpose different. This is not coaching built on theory or observation. It is built on the lived experience of someone who managed real teams, hit real targets, and had the difficult conversations that most people avoid.
Enrico's coaching is direct and honest. His belief is simple clarity precedes everything. Before the CV, before the applications, before the leadership programme, there is a conversation most professionals have never had with themselves clearly enough. His role is to facilitate that conversation, ask the questions that matter, and work with you on what to do with what you find.
He currently delivers coaching through Right Management London, UK and ManpowerGroup SA in South Africa, and is the founder of Game Changers SA a non-profit developing the next generation of South African leaders.

With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right, Monrico manages the day-to-day operations of the business — from client scheduling and communications to programme logistics and systems management. Behind every seamless session and every prompt response is Monrico making sure the moving parts move together.
His role means that Enrico can focus entirely on what he does best coaching while clients receive the attentive, organised, and responsive experience that Refined For Purpose is committed to delivering at every touchpoint.
